Here is a very rare item by Janica Japan vintage retro television set that is a music box! Check out its vintage style like those mid century modern style of the past, so retro too. Has a screen with floral rose card photo, that can be changed to the owners desired photos of family or maybe print out a lovely photo of your favorite TV show. Top lid is where you can place your jewelry, not large pieces, but some small items. Has red soft velvet lining inside. The knob for the music is at the back side and it plays, "Romance Del' Amour". Note: the sticker along the knobs are lifting up, and new owner could reglue them. Front side where the knobs are, large one is to allow the music to play when turn to the right, off turn to the left. Other knobs are just decor. Has lovely gold filigree decor with false ruby gem. There is a drawer at the bottom, pull on the gold filigree and there is a secret compartment to hold more jewelry or trinkets. TV measures about 5 X 5 X 3 inches. In good to excellent condition, has some wear on the top lid, and on the front of the lower half of the screen, not major. No cracks in the plastic, fading or odors. Also Note: as with any vintage music box, please be careful in winding it up, when you receive this item be sure to wind it carefully and not wind too tightly as it may get stuck from force and cause it not to work. A very rare item indeed and directly from my collection, kept in a cabinet away from dust and direct sunlight. Great for any mini television or radio style collection or doll/toy collection too.
