Here is a lovely retro decal applique set of 2, of a famous cartoon character "Popeye the Sailor man" mint in package and unused. He is in great to good condition for its age, and you will receive two decals in the package. Only taken out once to show in photo. Lovely and bright, packaging is a bit dusty, but otherwise lovely.
