Here is a lovely rare vintage Nakajima Seisakusho 3 Story Apt dollhouse with elevator made in Japan with original box and furniture. About a 1/12 in scale. In good to great condition, lightly played with and complete. The set includes, the 3 story house, swimming pool, living rm, dining rm, bed rm, nursery, kitchen, bathrm and pool items. A very rare plastic dollhouse even in Japan! There is also a US version, sold by SEARs with the name Action Apartment House. The battery compartment doesn't have any corrosion and takes one "C" battery.Not sure if the elevator works, have not tried. Box measures about 16 X 9 X 15 inches and is worn from age. Completed house measures about 14 X 6 X 12 inches. Great for any model dollhouse or vintage dollhouse collection!
